Some of the criteria we look for

• A business selling products or services for which there is an identifiable UK/European consumer demand;
  

• A brand, market position or other asset capable of differentiating the company from competitors;
  
  
• The potential to develop the business to become a leader within its particular market niche;
  
  
• Outstanding entrepreneurial management with demonstrable skills and a strong track record, though not necessarily currently employed by the business;
  
  
• Clearly identifiable and existing sector growth potential and a business plan that can be readily implemented;
